ImprintED Program for Cañon City Schools

Big things are coming for Lincoln School of Science & Technology ! ImprintED is excited to announce an upcoming partnership with Principal Garrett Olguin and his team to bring custom spirit wear to the entire school community.

This project represents one of our most ambitious undertakings yet—custom apparel designed not just for a single club or team, but for students and staff across the entire school. When complete, Lincoln School of Science & Technology  will have unified gear that builds school pride from kindergarten through fifth grade.

What makes this project special is that the school already has a vision. The Lincoln School of Science & Technology  team came to us with their own design concept, ready to collaborate on placement, lettering, and production details. It's a true partnership between educators who know their community and a local print shop that knows how to bring ideas to life.

Mountain View Core Knowledge School students and staff are celebrating the arrival of custom-designed "Top Dog" shirts, made possible through DARE Print & Sign Co.'s ImprintED community giveback initiative.

The shirts feature a bold design showcasing the school's Top Dog pride, with full-color DTF (Direct-to-Film) printing technology. As part of the quarterly donation program, Mountain View was selected through the Cañon City Schools district drawing system to receive custom shirts at no cost to the school for their Top Dogs reading program.

"We're thrilled to provide these shirts to Mountain View Core Knowledge School," said Kenny Haferkamp, Program Coordinator for ImprintED. "The Top Dog spirit is alive and well, and we're proud to help students and staff show their school pride."

Leadership looks good on these students. At Cañon City Middle School, the Student Council is more than just a club—it's where tomorrow's leaders learn to organize, advocate, and serve their school community. And now, thanks to ImprintED, they'll do it in matching gear.

Twenty-three Student Council members will soon sport sleek black t-shirts featuring a custom falcon-inspired design that captures both school pride and the spirit of leadership. With CCMS's royal blue and gold colors woven into artwork that celebrates their Falcon mascot, these shirts are as bold as the students who'll wear them.

What made this project special was the collaborative design process. When advisor Lindsay Gardiner reached out looking for logo ideas, our Creative Director Erica Haferkamp developed multiple concepts—from a commanding Falcon Crest emblem to a dynamic Falcon in Flight design—and let the students vote on their favorite. After all, Student Council is all about democratic decision-making, so why should their shirt design be any different?

Student Council members take on responsibilities that most adults would find daunting: planning school events, representing their peers to administration, organizing fundraisers, and building school culture one initiative at a time. They deserve to be recognized for that work. A matching shirt might seem like a small thing, but it transforms a group of individuals into a visible, unified team—one that other students can look up to and aspire to join.

Ms. Gardiner and fellow advisor Ms. Goldenberg will also receive personalized shirts, because great student leaders are shaped by great mentors. We're proud to support educators who invest their time in developing the next generation of community leaders.

At Washington Elementary, the staff isn't just a group of educators—they're a force of nature. And now, they have the shirts to prove it. The principal at Washington also got shirts for all of the students to represent each team they are on to show their spirit!

This spring, ImprintED partnered with Washington to create custom "Force of Nature" official school shirts that celebrate the unique team structure at this innovative school. With multiple teams represented by different colors—including the "Mother Nature" team in light purple—the project brought together approximately 30 staff members under a unified theme while honoring their individual team identities.

There's something powerful about a staff that wears their school pride literally on their sleeves. When students see their teachers, administrators, interventionists, and support staff all sporting coordinated gear, it sends a message: We're all in this together.

Books aren't just for quiet reading corners—sometimes, they're for battle. At Canon Exploratory School, the Battle of the Books team takes their literary competitions seriously, and now they have the custom shirts to match their competitive spirit.

Through ImprintED, nine team members—students and adult coaches alike—will sport Kelly Green t-shirts featuring the CES logo alongside a custom "Battle of the Books" design. It's the kind of team gear that turns a group of readers into a unified squad ready to take on any literary challenge.

Battle of the Books programs are incredible motivators for young readers. Students dive deep into selected titles, quiz each other on details, and compete against other schools to prove their reading comprehension skills. It's academic competition at its finest—and it deserves to be celebrated.
